Guided by the past and focused on the future, the all-volunteer Red Caboose Community Library is committed to provide free and convenient access to a variety of resources and activities to enhance the quality of life and personal growth to River Bend residents of all ages.

The Red Caboose Community Library and the Town of River Bend are pleased to announce a joint venture with the Craven-Pamlico Regional Library. The Craven-Pamlico Regional Library Book/Tech Mobile will be in River Bend at the Red Caboose Community Library from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on the third Friday of each month. These services are designed to supplement materials that the Red Caboose Library already brings to the community. They will have many technology-based services and equipment available to check out along with books. There will be materials available for adults and children. Please join us in exploring this exciting new community venture!
